Youth & Children’s Work

Sunday

11am Messy Church Morning (at occassional family services)

Children up to the age of twelve share with the rest of the congregation for the first ten minutes or so of worship then go to the halls to continue with age related learning and activities.

2pm to 4pm Messy Church (monthly, normally second Sunday of month)

Families with children up to the age of twelve are welcome for an afternoon of fun, food, craft, learning and worship

Monday

277th Birmingham Scout Group

The Beacon Church Centre has been associated with scouting since 1931. Currently Beavers, Cubs and Scouts meet on our premises during school term time.

As part of the sponsorship arrangements Beavers, Cubs and Scouts attend Church Parades on five Sundays a year.

Tuesday

10.30am Beacon Bible Storytime

For parents and babies or toddlers

150th Birmingham Guides, Brownies and Rainbows

The Beacon Church Centre has been associated with guiding for over seventy years. Currently Brownies and Guides meet on our premises during school term time.

As part of the sponsorship arrangements Rainbows, Brownies and Guides attend Church Parades on five Sundays a year.

Friday

3.30pm to 5.30pm Messy Church (monthly, normally third Friday of month)

Families with children up to the age of twelve are welcome for an afternoon of fun, food, craft, learning and worship

Messy Holiday Club

Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th August

Children up to the age of twelve enjoy a full day of messy church activities.
